Rediscover Ancient Body Wisdom That Shows You How To Become Your Best Self
You may have heard catch phrases like:
- “You are what you think.”
- “It’s all in your head.”
- “If you can conceive it, you can achieve it.”
There are many slogans like this in the self-help world, but they are all misleading.
Through my work with thousands of clients over the last 22 years, I’ve discovered that people’s biggest barriers to success are not their ‘mental’ limitations. People’s biggest barriers are always fueled by negative emotions. Surprisingly, these subconscious emotions are hidden in the body, not the mind.
This may sound strange at first, but that’s because in our modern society, we’ve lost connection with ancient body wisdom.
Way back when language was first being developed, humans had a much stronger connection to their bodies. Their body connection was so strong that it actually shaped language. The remnants of that ancient wisdom even live on today.
- When someone lacks courage, we say, “They’re spineless.”
- When someone is nervous, we say, “They have butterflies in their stomach.”
- When someone loses a loved one, we say, “They’re heartbroken.”
These expressions developed because the ancients were describing what they knew to be true: that emotions live in the body. Moreover, they knew that there is a consistent and predictable map of where any given emotion is stored in the body:
- They said a weak person was spineless because they knew that the spine was central to self-confidence. They knew that standing up straight was a form of power, and collapsing was a form of weakness.
- They said that someone who was nervous about doing something new had butterflies in their stomach because they knew that the small intestine is the home of self-identity. When we’re about to do something that challenges our sense of self, our small intestine starts wobbling around and it feels like we have butterflies in our belly.
- They said someone who had lost a love was heartbroken because they knew that the heart is the home of love and heartbreak. When we are in love our heart expands and when we lose love our heart shrivels.
The surprising truth is that these ‘body-language’ metaphors that have survived from ancient times to today are not mere metaphors. They actually describe physical processes that are going on in our bodies.
While we still use these sayings, modern society has lost the body wisdom behind them.
Today’s experts, self help gurus, talk therapists, NLP practitioners and even hypnotists, all focus too much on the mind and underemphasize the body. Unfortunately, making changes in the mind won’t change the real drivers of our behaviors, which are our subconscious emotions trapped in the body. That’s why you may have found your personal development frustrating or unsuccessful. It’s not your fault. Your teachers just didn’t have tools for accessing the emotional blocks in your body.
So for now, let’s forget about self-help, NLP, hypnosis, even talk therapy because–

Body-Psyche Guided Meditations
The guided meditations you’ll find here are the ultimate tools for tapping into The Body-Psyche Guide To Inner Wisdom and creating massive breakthroughs quickly.
If you were to start seeing a therapist, not only would you have to spend thousands of dollars, but the therapy itself could take years and you might have to take time off work for sessions. Seminars and workshops also require big investments. A hypnotist may put you under trance, and whether or not you notice any change, they will still charge $100 per hour.
In contrast, the guided meditations on this site are in MP3 format. You can use them anyplace and anytime on your computer or smartphone. Many of the guided meditations are free and the full courses cost a fraction of the cost of therapy sessions or workshops.
My clients have used these guided meditations to:
- Repair damaged relationships
- Overcome shame
- Develop self-confidence
- Have better romance
- End procrastination
- Succeed with dating
- Change their career
- Quit smoking
- Heal allergies
- Love themselves
