Use this guided meditation to develop powerful body language.
As Amy Cuddy describes in her now-famous Ted Talk, Your Body Language Shapes Who You Are the body language we adopt strongly influences how we feel about ourselves and even changes how others respond to us.
As I covered in the article True Power – It’s Not What You Think, the internal experience and the external expression of true power stems from simultaneously being vulnerable and strong. I cover the body postures required to achieve this in The Body Language Of True Power.
This guided meditation will help you create that body language of true power. As a are result you’ll also experience more strength and confidence in your life.
I have developed two versions of the guided meditation. The basic version is 15 minutes long and is designed to be used once through. The extended loop version is designed to be played on a continuous loop for as long as you want.
Basic Version:
For the first time, I recommend you use this version. Sit or stand and imagine a situation in which you’d like to have more powerful body language. Then press play to follow the guided meditation.

Super-Strong Confidence Version:
After you’ve used the basic version once, you can use this super-strong confidence version to deeply instill powerful body language in your subconcious.
Play the guided meditation on a loop for as long as you like. You can use it while consciously awake, sitting or standing, but if you really want to burn new self-confidence into your subconscious mind and body movement patterns, I recommend you play it on a loop while you’re napping or falling asleep.

After Using The Guided Meditation
Each time you use the guided meditation you’re programming new, stronger, body language into your subconscious. I recommend using the guided meditation regularly for a week or two for best results.
The most common result of using these guided meditations is that you’ll find you naturally and easily standing, acting and feeling more confident.
However, it’s possible that negative emotions such as fear or shame may come up when you follow the guided meditation. If this happens, it is because something in your unconscious self-image objects to you expressing yourself confidently. I explained the reasons why this happens in How Emotions Get Trapped In The Body.
The good news is that whatever comes up will give you insight into what negative emotions you need to heal and transform in order to achieve the confidence you desire. If fear comes up, use the Transform Fears guided meditation to overcome your fear. If shame or self-judgment comes up, use the Transform Shame Into Self-Expression guided meditation to set yourself free.
If you’d like to go further in developing unstoppable self-confidence in every aspect of your life, I recommend my Self-Confidence Made Easier And Easier course.
